The standard preparation for custom published mugs under 5,000 systems is 7 - 10 work days from authorization and prepayment (excludes shipping time). The minimal order amounts for custom-printed cups on a lot of things are 100 systems. We provide complete cover printing theoretically cup orders.

Informing our customer service group before purchase approval and they will certainly offer a delivery expense for visit distribution. Please speak to Customer Service for information. Please note that there is no additional cost to do 2-sided printing on any one of our cups.

As an example on a plastic mug, light infiltrating will certainly create the ink to appear lighter and on a paper mug, ink is absorbed and may show up darker. The Cup Shop is happy to offer discounted pricing when customers purchase higher quantities of our printed items.

For custom-printed orders, cancellations and adjustments can be requested before proof authorization. Sleeves, coasters, paper napkins are digitally printed and can be published in numerous colors without added charges. Any type of termination on a custom published order prior to authorization will undergo a 3% cancellation fee or a minimum of $25, in addition to any proofs that have currently been developed.

PLA is a biodegradable plastic made from eco-friendly products such as corn starch and sugar walking stick, it gives a protecting layer to paper mugs which keeps drinks cozy, yet also enables the cup to preserve its naturally degradable nature.
