Partial Epilepsy.

Inform your healthcare provider right away if you (or your youngster): might not be seeing as well as prior to starting SABRIL; begin to trip, bump into points, or are more clumsy than typical vigabatrin rems provider; are shocked by things or people coming in front of you that seem to come out of nowhere; or if your infant is acting differently than normal.

The Vigabatrin REMS Program is required by the FDA to ensure informed risk-benefit choices prior to launching treatment, and to ensure ideal use of vigabatrin while patients are treated. It is not possible for your doctor to know when vision loss will occur.

It is suggested that your healthcare provider test your (or your child's) vision before or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and at the very least every 3 months throughout treatment till SABRIL is stopped. Tell your doctor if you or your child have any type of side effect that troubles you or that does not go away.

Inform your doctor right away if seizures worsen. If you must take SABRIL while you are expectant, you and your health care provider will have to decide. One of the most common negative effects of SABRIL in adults consist of: blurred vision, drowsiness, wooziness, issues walking or feeling uncoordinated, trembling (tremor), and fatigue.
